Return Eligibility

Products can be returned if:

• Item is damaged or defective

• Wrong product delivered

• Product missing parts

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Physically damaged by customer

• Products without original packaging

2. Provide product images if required.

3. After approval, pickup will be arranged or return instructions shared.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after product inspection.

• Amount will be credited within 5–7 working days to original payment method.

Replacement
